We did say we were serious about Cake!
For those of you, and there were a few, who asked about Ruths amazing carrot cake muffins on Saturday, (In fact so popular there are none left in this photo! ) please see recipe below! Thank you Ruth!
Ruths Carrot Cake Muffins
Carrot Muffins Recipe:
1/2 cup (50 grams) pecans or walnuts toasted and coarsely chopped
2 cups (270 grams) grated raw carrot (about 2-3 peeled carrots)
1 large apple, peeled and grated
2 cups (260 grams) plain flour
1 1/4 cups (250 grams) demerera sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (3.5 grams) salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

The Longest Print on Show!!

Our family friendly opening of “The Longest Print” is this Saturday the 19th from 12 - 4. And don’t worry for any of you who haven’t yet printed a bag, we haven’t put our spoons away just yet!

Yes, all 40 metres of it! Printed by YOU! Come and see your mark this saturday as we will be displaying the print in the gallery, how yet… we’re not exactly sure…
However we are sure that there will be lots of tea and cake, and more bags for printing if anyone missed out!
